Born in Kaunas, Lithuania in 1948.

Studied at the Vilnius Academy of Art from 1966 to 1973.

Member of the Lithuanian Artist’s Union since 1980.

Works in the fields of printmaking [etching and silkscreen] and painting. He creates exlibris and posters, illustrates books, and draws cartoons. Since 1970, he has taken part in various national and international exhibitions from Lithuania to Latvia, Estonia, Russia, Finland, Sweden, Poland, Germany, Bulgaria, Italy, France, Canada, Australia, and the United States.

Lives and works in Vilnius, Lithuania.
